This is one of the best perks of being a subscriber, and once you understand how it works, it’s very simple.

What Is Add-On Day?

Add-On Day is a special 24-hour window where active subscribers can shop extra items and have them:

→ shipped with your subscription at no extra cost

This means you can grab additional products without paying separate shipping…as long as everything goes to the same address as your subscription.

When Is Add-On Day?

We have two different Add-On Days each month:

• StickerFolk:
  Email goes out on the 1st of the month (mid-morning CST)
• Bible Girls Sticker Club:
  Email goes out on the 15th of the month (mid-morning CST)

From the time the email is sent, you have until:

→ 11:59 PM CST the next day

to place your add-on order.

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

1. Your subscription renews
2. You receive an email with your Add-On Day discount code + sneak peek
3. You shop the add-ons you want
4. Use your code at checkout
5. Your items ship with your subscription

That’s it…simple.

Important: You Must Receive the Email

This is where most confusion happens…

In order to participate in Add-On Day:

✔ You must be subscribed to our email list

✔ Your subscription must be active and successfully renewed

If either of these is not true, you will not receive the Add-On email.

Why Didn’t I Get the Add-On Email?

Here are the most common reasons:

1. You are not subscribed to emails

We send Add-On Day through email (via Klaviyo which is our email provider service), and we are only allowed to send it to subscribers who have opted into email marketing.

If you’re not subscribed…you won’t get the code.

2. Your payment didn’t go through on renewal day

If your card declines, your subscription is not considered active yet…so the email won’t send.

Good news though…

We do send a follow-up email later that day to:

• new subscribers
• and those whose payments successfully processed after retry

So if your card is updated quickly, you should still receive it.

How Many Times Can I Use My Code?

You can use your Add-On Day code multiple times during the window if needed.

Just make sure all orders are placed before:
11:59 PM CST the following day

Can I share the code with others?

No. This is a perk for subscribers ONLY. You must have an active subscription in order to participate in add-on day.

What Happens If I Miss It?

If you miss the Add-On window…you’ll need to wait until next month.

We keep this window short on purpose so we can:

• pack orders efficiently
• ship everything together
• and keep things running smoothly for our team

Understanding Digital vs. Physical Add-Ons

This is another area that can feel confusing, so here’s a simple breakdown:

Some items are included in your digital content

These are typically:

• Tip-in sheets
• Mini tip-in sheets
• Bookmarks

If it’s included digitally, you already have access to it through your subscription.

Some items are NOT included digitally

These are typically:

• Sticker sheets
• Bible flaggers
• Anything printed on sticker paper

These must be purchased physically if you want them.

Each product listing will clearly say whether it is included in your digital content or not…

…but we always recommend double-checking before purchasing if you’re unsure.
